GMO offers Mutual Funds to investors who meet minimum investment size requirements that are generally $1 million. Please read the below information about investing in a GMO Mutual Fund.
Institutional Investors
The required minimum investment size is generally $1 million for an Institutional investor to invest in the GMO Trust Mutual Funds. Eligibility to purchase shares of Share Classes II, III, IV, V, and VI of our Mutual Funds is described fully in the GMO Trust Prospectus.
Intermediaries
Share Class I of the GMO Trust Mutual Funds is intended for use primarily by intermediaries, such as RIAs, private banks, and third-party industry platforms.
Plan Administrators
Share Class R6 of the GMO Trust Mutual Funds is intended for use primarily by retirement plan sponsors.
Individual Investors
The required minimum investment size is generally $1 million for an Individual investor to invest in the GMO Trust Mutual Funds. If you do not meet this minimum investment size requirement and would like to access GMO’s investment views, please contact your financial advisor or Allspring Global, with whom GMO has a sub-advisory relationship.
